Description

The Flavour Sachets are a flavour system for use with the amino acid and peptide based product range. Contains a carbohydrate base with sugars and sweeteners. Available in Cherry-Vanilla or Grapefruit flavours.

Indications and Prescribability

Flavour Sachets are for use with amino acid and peptide based product used for the dietary management of various conditions including metabolic disorders and gastrointestinal disease. For use from six months of age.

Precautions

Use under medical supervision. Not intended for use as a sole source of nutrition. Not for parenteral use. Not suitable under the age of six months.

Preparation & Administration

1. Add flavouring to powdered product and mix as directed on product pack.
2. The amount of flavouring required will vary according to protein source and patient preference.

As a guide, add 1 sachet (5g) to 100g of product for adults. Add 1/2 sachet (2.5g) to 100g of product for children.

Product Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.

Shelf Life

Unopened shelf life is two years.
